1. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate pricing, availability, and product descriptions for all cat food, treats, litter, and pet accessories. All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). In the rare event of an unexpected pricing error, we reserve the right to contact you and confirm or cancel the order before dispatch.

2. Order Acceptance & Delivery

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once our verification team processes your order and dispatches the parcel. Deliveries are executed by third-party courier services inside Dhaka (24-48h) and nationwide (48-72h).

3. Payment Terms

We primarily operate via Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers agree to inspect parcel condition and pay the full invoice amount in cash to the delivery agent upon handover.

4. Authenticity & Quality Guarantee

All pet food sold by PetFoodBD is 100% genuine and sealed by original manufacturers. If any delivered product is damaged, opened, or defective, our 7-Day Return Policy applies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and e-commerce consumer protection guidelines of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
